Reservation Policies and Guidelines 

 

Rental fees: Reservations require a 25% deposit/property made by credit card or check to guarantee your reservation. Your payment along with this signed agreement must be received before the rental unit will be secured for your reservation. If a reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date, rental fees must be paid in full at time of booking. Final balance is due prior to checking in. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

Cancellation policy and refunds: Any rental fees paid are refundable (minus a $30 processing fee if paid by credit card) if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit all rental fees collected.

Damage fees: There will be a damage fee charged for any damage beyond normal wear of property. The amount charged will be the cost for repair or replacement of item.

Check-In Procedures: Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. If you would like an earlier arrival or extended departure, please let us know and we will accommodate you as we are able.

Check-Out Procedures: Upon departure, guests are required to leave the property in the same general condition as when they arrived. Please comply with the following:
•Dishes, pots, pans, silverware and utensils should be washed and put away.

•Charcoal grill cleaned if used.

•Windows and doors closed and locked. All lights turned off.

•Thermostat set to 60 degrees when on heat setting or 80 on air conditioning.

•Property left neat and in order, all furnishings put back where you found them.

•All garbage bagged up and placed in the kitchen.

Maintenance: Please report any problems or damages in your cabin to the Hospitality Manager on duty. You will receive their cell phone number before you arrive.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping upon check out is included with your rental however it is not provided during your stay. If a housekeeping need arises please contact the Hospitality Manager on duty.
There will be an additional charge added if extra cleaning is required beyond normal use wear and tear. Please only use white bath towels for personal showering. If you are going to the river or need towels to clean  up from muddy activities, please ask Hospitality for other towels.

Maximum Occupancy: Each cabin has a maximum occupancy. The number of persons occupying your cabin shall not exceed the number stated on your reservation.

Pets: We do not allow pets. 

Smoking/alcohol: There is no smoking, vaping or alcohol allowed on the property.

Firearms: No firearms permitted on property.

Campfires: We have designated campfire space. Please contact the Hospitality Manager if you would like to use it. We enforce all local burn bans.

This property is owned by cleftRock Christian Ministries and the surrounding property with trails is owned by Roots and Wings Tree Farm, LLC.. The renter accepts renting privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release cleftRock Christian Ministries and Roots and Wings Tree Farm, LLC, its owners, staff and board members, of all liability for loss or damage to property or injury to any of the guests of registered renters of cleftRock Retreat.
